I’ve run a few marathons in the past, Detroit and Chicago. Here are a few hints and suggestions I wanted to pass along for those training for a full marathon.
- Get a schedule and stick to it!
- Take care of your feet.
- Find a running group or partner
- Get a few good pair of running shoes and rotate between them.
- Use goo or gels during training to see how they affect your stomach and energy
